The leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli, called for the PKK terrorist organization to hold its congress. Bahçeli stated, "Our vision and proposal is to hold the PKK's congress on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in the Malazgirt district of Muş, with the support, contribution, and assistance of the mayor from the DEM Party, thereby putting an end to the discussions of dissolution and finishing this matter."

MHP General Chairman Devlet Bahçeli called for the PKK terrorist organization to hold its congress. Bahçeli stated, "Our vision and proposal is to gather the PKK's congress with the support, contribution, and assistance of the mayor from the DEM Party in the Malazgirt district of Muş on Sunday, May 4, 2025, on the eve of Hıdırellez, to put an end to the discussions of dissolution and to finish this matter."
Bahçeli's statement is as follows: "The Turkish nation will unite around the fire of Nevruz, which will be ignited on March 21, and strengthen the bonds of peace and brotherhood by coming together hand in hand with the richness of our common history and culture."
Nevruz Festival is not only a herald of the awakening spring; it is a sign of our national existence, our national identity, and our national unity, which is deeply rooted and transcends time and space.
In the spiritual climate of the blessed month of Ramadan, our goals and aspirations should be reinforced simultaneously with the awakening nature; our peace, prosperity, well-being, security, and joy of living should progress by fortifying them to a much higher level.
Nevruz Festival is a symbol of abundance and unity; it is a shield of love and respect.
This festival is a historical and fateful threshold of an extraordinary birth that the Turkish nation has carried in its spirit, consciousness, and conscience for centuries, and of a significant revival that dazzles with the colorful spectacle of nature's transformation.
The active participation of our esteemed President in tomorrow's Nevruz celebrations will be a meaningful and valuable step, considering the sensitive period our country is going through.
My expectation and wish is that a terrorism-free Turkey should seal this year's Nevruz Festival, and the family of the Turkish nation, which is an immense human treasure from east to west and north to south, should collectively embrace the blessed legacies of the past with one heart.
In this context, the separatist terrorist organization PKK should hold its congress as soon as possible to avoid delaying the call from Imralı on February 27 and to ensure that the intense desire of our noble nation is not in vain, and finally, it should lay down its arms and surrender to the Republic of Turkey.
Delaying the decision to dissolve could lead to unexpected complications, unforeseen conspiracies, and complex provocations.
The separatist terrorist organization must make a decision immediately.
Our vision and proposal is to gather the PKK's congress with the support, contribution, and assistance of the mayor from the DEM Party in the Malazgirt district of Muş on Sunday, May 4, 2025, on the eve of Hıdırellez, to put an end to the discussions of dissolution and to finish this matter.
Any delay or postponement in the goal of a terrorism-free Turkey will mean nothing but diluting the cooked meal with water, and wasting all the sacrifices made.
The atmosphere of majesty and affection of the Nevruz Festival should be reinforced with the beauties of Hıdırellez, and in this context, the terrorism problem should be completely eradicated.
While strong and confidence-inspiring moves are being made towards the goal of a terrorism-free Turkey, the dangerous environment led by the CHP is being sought to be expanded day by day.
As the dirty laundry of the CHP-branded interest and looting alliance, which has settled in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, is being uncovered one by one, it has become clear that the heavy issue occupying the agenda is far beyond the cancellation of diplomas; it is a serious organized terrorism and corruption web.
It is seen that the CHP is pressing all crisis buttons to stir up Turkey and disrupt the functioning of the law.
To disrupt a terrorism-free Turkey, to encourage lawlessness, and to incite hired crowds into the streets and protests is a burden that the CHP Chairman and his close associates, who sail with every wind, cannot bear.
To attempt to disrupt the internal peace and tranquility of Turkey with the Saraçhane arrangement, to incite our people to hatred and enmity is, let it be known, a challenge to the law and the constitution.
Whoever the newly emerging presidential candidate of the CHP may be is not our concern.
Similarly, whether or not the ballot box will be set up next Sunday is also outside our area of interest.
However, an attempt to undermine a legal measure and precaution with the accusation of a civil coup is a blatant attack on the sovereignty of the state and the security of law and democracy.
In the face of this attack, it will be very beneficial for everyone to know that we will stand by our state and government until the end.
The Turkish nation will not allow attempts to shake and sabotage Turkey's future and independence with Saraçhane games, and the People's Alliance will resist the municipal gang, which has taken on the nature of a criminal organization and is somewhat known to have foreign connections, to the end.
I invite everyone to calmness and reason.
I call on the CHP administration and all leftist and marginal groups to immediately put an end to their dark actions and intentions.
I recommend that the decision of the Turkish judiciary be respected, that the street language be abandoned, and that those who thrive on chaos and crisis take their heads out of the clouds, and I see all these matters as a necessity for our unity and integrity.
The paths to seek rights are open in the Republic of Turkey.
Turkish courts are independent and impartial.
Whoever commits acts that constitute a crime must pay the heaviest price.
The Turkish state was not established on the street.
Those who seek the future in the streets, those who talk about pouring into the streets, and those whose aspirations outside of politics and democracy are swelling will find only disaster, curses, and regret.
No matter how vigorous, audacious, demanding, and persistent betrayal may be, patriots who have dedicated themselves to Turkey and sworn to keep the Turkish nation united and whole will not allow any malignant intent or activity.
With these feelings and thoughts, on the occasion of the new day heralding spring, I sincerely congratulate all my citizens and the Turkish-Islamic world on the Nevruz Festival.
I sincerely pray that Almighty Allah grants our nation peace, happiness, prosperity, and the ability to live together as brothers forever.
