Bahçeli: The elimination of the PKK/YPG in the northern part of Iraq, along with the west of the Euphrates, is inevitable.

MHP General Chairman Devlet Bahçeli shared a written message on the occasion of the new year. Making striking evaluations regarding the new era in Syria, Bahçeli stated, "It is a dream for the PKK/YPG terrorist organization to hold on to the west or east of the Euphrates along with northern Iraq, and its elimination is inevitable."

STRIKING MESSAGES FROM BAHÇELİ

Bahçeli's statement on the matter is as follows; "The political and territorial integrity of Syria is a matter that does not accept discussion. The unitary Syrian Republic will always be a friendly and brotherly country of the Republic of Turkey. The political contacts and genuine dialogues to be established between the two countries will provide strong support for regional peace and stability.

Moreover, a joint action plan against terrorism and a common determination for resistance will strengthen and ensure the security of both countries, as well as the network of constructive and positive relations. In the new conditions, in the changing conjuncture, and in the shifting balance of power, it is a dream for the PKK/YPG terrorist organization to hold on to the west or east of the Euphrates along with northern Iraq, and its elimination is inevitable.

"WEAPONS WILL EITHER BE BURIED OR THOSE WHO HOLD WEAPONS WILL BE BURIED"

The terrorist ambitions and actions originating from neighboring territories have no operational and maneuvering space left. Weapons will either be buried or those who hold weapons will be buried. There is no tolerance for any murderer or terrorist organization carrying weapons, either domestically or abroad.

"THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY WILL CONTINUE ITS FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM"

In this context, the statements of the transitional government established in Syria are hopeful and encouraging. There will be absolutely no concessions to terrorism, neither domestically nor abroad. The Republic of Turkey is conducting its fight against terrorism with determination and courage, and it will continue to do so."
