Berkay Gezgin, a 22-year-old who was arrested during the Ekrem İmamoğlu protests, was included in the Party Assembly list presented by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the Extraordinary Congress. Gezgin became known for the slogan "Everything will be very beautiful," which was used by İmamoğlu.
While the excitement of the Extraordinary Congress in the CHP continues; the list of Özgür Özel, who was re-elected as the party leader at the congress, for the Party Council and the High Disciplinary Board has also been revealed.
BERKAY GEZGİN IS ALSO ON THE LIST
Notable names were included in Özel's A team. CHP Istanbul Deputy Mahmut Tanal found a place on the list, while Berkay Gezgin, who was arrested during the Ekrem İmamoğlu protests, was also included in the list.
On the other hand, well-known names in the public eye such as Gamze Taşçıer, Sezgin Tanrıkulu, Burhanettin Bulut, and Gökhan Zeybek also found a place on the list.
ARRESTED DURING İMAMOĞLU PROTESTS
22-year-old Berkay Gezgin, who is on Özgür Özel's Party Council list, was detained while participating in the protest demonstrations in Saraçhane to support Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was detained and later arrested. A detention order was issued for Gezgin, and he was sent to Silivri Prison.
