"Bold 2045 Bitcoin Prediction from MicroStrategy Founder"

09.12.2024 13:40

Michael Saylor, the chairman of MicroStrategy's board, reiterated his bold prediction for Bitcoin (BTC), forecasting that the leading cryptocurrency will reach $13 million per coin by the year 2045.

Michael Saylor described Bitcoin as a transformative digital asset in his statements. Explaining MicroStrategy's Bitcoin strategy, Saylor noted that they aim to reach investors with different risk profiles by using financial instruments such as convertible bonds.

Saylor Expects a 13,000% Increase in Bitcoin Value

MicroStrategy's Bitcoin investment strategy offers different advantages for low and high-risk investors. Low-risk investors benefit from the limited loss risk of bonds, while high-risk investors prefer stock performance tied to Bitcoin's growth.

Saylor, in his presentation to Microsoft's board of directors, explained the advantages of Bitcoin and suggested that the tech giant adopt the cryptocurrency. He argued that the company could reduce risks associated with traditional capital management and increase shareholder confidence.

For Bitcoin to reach the current level of $99,072 to $13 million, it needs to show an increase of approximately 13,021%. Saylor had expressed this forecast in September and continues to maintain his view.
