CROSSED INTO THE OPPOSITE LANE AND COLLIDED WITH 2 VEHICLES
On the Burdur - Fethiye highway, the car with license plate 07 L 9130, driven by Savaş Toktaşer (35), crossed into the opposite lane after the driver lost control. At that moment, it collided with a panel van with license plate 15 AEH 778, driven by A.A., and a car with license plate 07 ZD 017, driven by Orçun V. In the accident, the car driver Savaş Toktaşer, Erkan Toktaşer (24), and H.T. (16) were seriously injured, while the panel van driver A.A. and passenger H.T. were injured.
INJURED WERE RESCUED AFTER LONG EFFORTS
Upon notification, a large number of fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured trapped in the vehicle were rescued by the fire department after long efforts. After the initial intervention by the medical teams, they were taken to Burdur State Hospital by ambulances. Despite all the interventions made at the scene, Savaş Toktaşer and Erkan Toktaşer, who received heart massage for minutes by medical teams, could not be saved and lost their lives.

The driver of the car with license plate 07 ZD 017, Orçun V., who escaped the accident unscathed, expressed that they did not understand what was happening, saying, "Suddenly, the car came flying towards us. It came like a rocket, we didn't understand what was happening." An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
