Chef Somer drew attention with his statement, "A person on minimum wage cannot eat at my place." In response to the question, "Is it possible for people living on minimum wage or slightly below the middle income to come to your restaurant?" he disclosed the per-person fee paid at his restaurant in Istanbul.
Sivrioğlu responded to this question by saying, "The prices at our restaurant are actually not that high. I have specifically tried to establish a bistro-style pricing policy.
