The National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission is going to Imralı today to meet with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan. The delegation includes AK Party Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party Group Deputy Chair Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit. MHP's Yıldız shared a message before departing for Imralı, stating, "O God, make us the key to good and the lock to evil."

The process of a Terror-Free Turkey, initiated by the historic call of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, is set to continue today with the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission established in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) visiting Imralı.

THREE NAMES IN THE DELEGATION

The commission delegation includes AK Party Deputy Chairman and Hatay Deputy Hüseyin Yayman, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party Group Deputy Chair Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit. It is reported that the commission will travel to Imralı by helicopter within a few hours.

MINUTES WILL BE KEPT CLOSED FOR 10 YEARS

During the meeting, the commission delegation will listen to terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan. The minutes of the meeting will be kept closed for 10 years.

It is expected that Öcalan will share his views on the reasons for the emergence of the terrorist organization PKK, the Turkish-Kurdish alliance, peace initiatives, and proposals for solutions, as well as the legislative process.

The transportation of the delegation, the meeting, and all other technical details will be organized by MIT. Therefore, meticulous work is being carried out by MIT for every stage, including the seating arrangement during the meeting.

32 YES VOTES IN THE VOTE

In the vote, which was not attended by the CHP and the New Welfare Party; the AK Party, MHP, Dem Party, TİP, and EMEP voted 'yes', while DSP, HÜDA-PAR, and the Democratic Party voted 'no'. The New Path Group remained abstained. In the vote, there were 32 yes votes, 3 no votes, and 2 members also abstained.
