In the İBB case, a hearing date of December 18 appeared after the preliminary ruling, but the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that this was not valid. With a new notification published in UYAP, the date information was corrected to "hearing canceled," leading to a brief period of confusion regarding the dates.
Information has emerged regarding the determination of the hearing date following the preparation of the interim decision in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) case. It was stated that 402 suspects, including the CHP's presidential candidate and detained IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu, will appear before the judge for the first time at the Istanbul 40th Heavy Penal Court on December 18 at 1:45 PM.
However, shortly after, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that no hearing date had been set in the case. Following the confusion, a new notification was published in the UYAP system. The statement in UYAP noted that the previously seen date was corrected with a notification titled "hearing cancellation."
