Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç, in a statement regarding the regulations in the 11th Judicial Package, said, "The COVID regulation has been widely debated. There is no amnesty here. What is being considered is the evaluation of demands to eliminate an inequality."
The bill known to the public as the 11th judicial package is being presented to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey today. Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç made important statements regarding the regulation.

"We implemented important regulations, such as the possibility of arrest in crimes against women, within the framework of judicial reform in previous years. It is necessary to develop legislation to prevent the victimization of women. Important views will be addressed here regarding the resolution of issues and the protection of the family.
So far, numerous judicial packages have come to the Parliament, and important decisions have been made. There are significant goals and objectives. There are 264 targets. We are taking a series of administrative measures to achieve these. Matters requiring legal regulation are at the discretion of our Parliament. Regulations aimed at eliminating the perception of impunity have been put into effect. Regardless of the penalty, even if it is less than 2 years, a certain period will definitely be served.
The 11th judicial package will be shared with the public today by our Group Chairman Abdullar Güler. There are also important regulations that will eliminate criticisms regarding the victimization of our citizens and the use of children in crimes. As we saw in the Minguzzi murder, comprehensive preparations are needed to prevent children from being led into crime. Here, measures regarding the use of children within the scope of organizations will be shared with the public by our group chairman.
Unfortunately, actions that will turn days when everyone would be happy into mourning have occurred. Our group chairman will also announce the measures regarding these. Measures regarding traffic offenses will also be announced.
The question of associating these packages with a Terror-Free Turkey was asked. This is a vital issue. We are on the verge of getting rid of the scourge of terrorism that hinders our country.
The strong will demonstrated by our President, the progress made in the ongoing process, and the dissolution of the terrorist organization have reached an important stage with the commission. I have attended two of the meetings. Our relevant ministers also made their presentations. We shared our evaluations regarding the sensitivity of the process. The commission has a report preparation process. Necessary steps will be taken in the roadmap that our deputies will outline after the report.
