The trial of 28 defendants, including Dilan and Engin Polat, who are accused of money laundering, continues. During the hearing where the defendants were heard, Engin Polat gave his statement via SEGBIS. SECOND DAY OF THE TRIAL

Dilan and Engin Polat, along with 4 other defendants, are facing charges of "forming and leading a criminal organization", "money laundering", and "violating the Law on Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions". They appeared before the judge again on the second day of the trial. The hearing, held at the 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance, was attended by the detained defendant Ahmet Gün, the released defendants Dilan Polat, Sinem Sıla Doğu, Can Doğu, and other released defendants. The detained defendant Engin Polat, Sezgin Polat, and Alper Kürşat Polat participated via the Audio and Visual Information System (SEGBIS). Yesterday, the statements of 4 detained defendants and 13 released defendants were taken.

MISTIK: I CHECK THE BRANCHES' SOCIAL MEDIA

Mustafa Özalp, also known as 'Mıstık', who is Dilan Polat's black box and was released in the money laundering case a few weeks ago, said, "I was taken into custody because of an amount of money I withdrew from the bank. I don't know Derkan Başer. I have branches in Ankara and Çorum. I was dealing with the social media business of all the branches. I have never used the mail order system. We had no activities other than commercial activities."
