Dervişoğlu's harsh "Imralı" statement directed at Bahçeli!

Good Party Chairman Dervişoğlu spoke at his party's group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Dervişoğlu also addressed MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli's reiteration of the call for İmralı, using harsh words.

Dervişoğlu stated that the Good Party would not participate in the normalization process. Criticizing Bahçeli, Dervişoğlu said, "He has once again taken to the podium of the Assembly, claiming to stand by his words and being persistent. The baby killer should speak from the podium of the Assembly. As if the man lives in Aşağı Ayrancı."

"YOU CAN HOLD A GROUP MEETING IN İMRALI"

Dervişoğlu continued his remarks as follows:

"How can a terrorist convict sentenced to life imprisonment speak from the podium of the Assembly, Mr. Devlet Bahçeli? There was a seed of truth under his tongue, and he brought it out. He confessed that his only aim was to ensure Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's candidacy and presidency again. I know Mr. Devlet Bahçeli very well. I won't create a specialization area for myself; this nation knows him too. When he says something, the positions of subjects and predicates get mixed up. We have witnessed this many times. Now tell me the truth, bring out the other seed and let’s see. Do you want the terrorist leader known as Abdullah Öcalan to come and speak in the TBMM, or do you want him to be released, my friend? Are you opening the door to a new amnesty plan? 'What difference does it make between the TBMM and İmralı?' Can you believe that? 'Isn't İmralı Turkish soil?' We locked that scoundrel, who is an enemy of the Turks, in prison because İmralı is Turkish soil, and he will stay there until he dies. Are you aware of what you are saying? I call out once again from here; if you want, you can go and hold a group meeting in İmralı; it would suit you at this point."
