The leader of the Great Unity Party, Mustafa Destici, stated that a mandatory childcare facility should be established for working women and suggested that state support should be provided for institutions that cannot open such facilities. Destici also mentioned that the current support provided per child is insufficient and stated that this support should be at least 5,000 lira.
Great Unity Party (BBP) Chairman Mustafa Destici, in his speech at the BBP Denizli Provincial Congress held at the Bereketler Meeting Hall, emphasized the importance of supporting youth and children, stating that the Alperen Hearths are valuable for the party.
Destici expressed that illegal betting and gambling have become a significant social problem in Turkey, arguing that all betting games, including legal ones, should be abolished. He highlighted the rapid decline in the fertility rate in Turkey and stressed the importance of encouraging marriage and parenthood.
"EVERY WORKING WOMAN SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEAVE HER CHILD IN A DAYCARE"
Destici drew attention to the importance of facilitating the lives of working women, saying, "Every working woman should be given the opportunity to leave her child in a daycare. All institutions should have daycare responsibilities. If the number cannot support a daycare, then our state should provide daycare support."
"IT SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 THOUSAND TL"
Arguing that the support given per child is insufficient, Destici stated that this support should be at least 5 thousand lira. He noted that women should be supported in the workforce with flexible arrangements, suggesting flexibility in working hours and the elimination of weekend work.
"OUR MINIMUM WAGE PROPOSAL AS BBP IS 50 PERCENT"
In evaluations regarding the minimum wage, Destici said, "We do not express figures or make proposals regarding the minimum wage or pensions with a populist approach. The minimum wage is currently 22 thousand 104 lira. When you take 50 percent of that, it amounts to 33 thousand 52 lira. This is our minimum wage proposal as BBP."

Destici stated that they support the goal of a Turkey without terrorism but emphasized that terrorist organizations cannot be trusted, saying, "We trust our state, our government, and our People's Alliance. But we do not trust these traitors in front of us. Why? Because they have no will of their own."

Regarding the AK Party's submission of the report prepared by the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly, Destici said, "I clearly congratulate the AK Party for its report. It stood behind what was said from the beginning. What does it say? My brother, they must completely lay down their arms. No legal step can be taken without dissolving themselves with all their elements. A very correct and commendable stance." At the congress, the current president İsmail Karateke handed over his position to Selman Yeniçulha. AK Party Deputy Chairman Nihat Zeybekci and AK Party Provincial Chairman Muhammet Subaşıoğlu also attended the congress.
