The initial autopsy report for 2-year-old Rana El Selci, who lost her life due to an attack by approximately 10 stray dogs in Konya, has been completed. The report indicates that Rana had dog bites on her neck and shoulder areas, as well as various parts of her body, and no other cause of death was found.
On March 7, around 18:30, an incident occurred on Şehit Erdal Özçelik Street in Başak Neighborhood, Karatay district, where Rana El Selci, a Syrian national visiting her family and relatives, went outside to play while her mother was preparing food for iftar in the kitchen.
ATTACKED BY 10 DOGS
Little Rana was attacked by approximately 10 stray dogs about 100 meters away from the house. While the dogs were driven away by the intervention of those nearby, Rana was taken to Konya City Hospital by her relatives, where she lost her life. Rana's body was taken to Syria for burial.

STATEMENTS FROM 3 WITNESSES WERE SOUGHT
It was noted that statements from 3 witnesses regarding the incident were also sought. Additionally, it was learned that the teams of Karatay Municipality are continuing their efforts to collect stray dogs in the area.
