The snowfall affecting the entire country is negatively impacting daily life and educational processes. As a result of the snowfall, education has been suspended in Erzincan, Nevşehir, Kayseri, Elazığ, Gümüşhane, and all of Sakarya, as well as in the districts of Aksaray, Tunceli, Konya, Yozgat, Bayburt, Trabzon, Kastamonu, Ordu, Rize, Kütahya, Bingöl, Samsun, and Sinop.

The snowy and cold weather affecting the country is negatively impacting daily life. Difficult moments are being experienced in traffic in cities where snowfall is intense. While it is stated that the rainy weather will continue to be effective in our country for a while; authorities continue to take precautions to prevent negative situations.
BREAK IN EDUCATION IN MANY PROVINCES AND DISTRICTS
Intense snowfall has also caused disruptions in education. Today, education has been suspended for one day in many cities. It has been announced that education will also be suspended tomorrow in provinces and districts where effective rainfall continues.
As a result of the snowfall, education has been suspended in 11 provinces for formal and transportation education. The provinces and districts where education has been suspended are as follows;
- Aksaray: Ortaköy, Gülağaç, and Güzelyurt districts
- Erzincan province
- Tunceli: Pülümür
- Konya: Due to heavy snow and adverse weather conditions, all schools in Halkapınar, Hadim, and Doğanhisar districts are closed, while only transportation education is suspended in Ereğli district,
- Elazığ province
- Yozgat: The provincial center and Akdağmadeni, Saraykent, Kadışehri, Çekerek, and Çayıralan districts
- Bayburt: Demirözü district
- Sakarya province
- Trabzon: Alpazarı, Akçaabat, Araklı, Çarşıbaşı, and Düzköy districts
- Kastamonu: All of Bozkurt, Çatalzeytin, İnebolu, and Doğanyurt districts, and transportation education in Cide and Şenpazar districts
- Samsun: All of Kavak and Ladik districts, and transportation education in 19 Mayıs, Atakum, Ayvacık, Havza, and Vezirköprü districts
- Sinop: City center, Ayancık, Türkeli, Gerze, Erfelek, Dikmen, and Durağan districts
