An elderly woman, known to be living alone, was found dead in her home in the Söke district of Aydın. Neighbors, who could not reach Cemile Gökçiçek (76) for a while, became worried and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, health, police, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the address.
CAUSE OF DEATH TO BE DETERMINED AFTER INVESTIGATIONS
Firefighters entered the third-floor apartment via the balcony. During the inspection at the house, it was determined that Cemile Gökçiçek had died. An investigation has been initiated to determine the exact cause of Gökçiçek's death, and it was reported that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
