According to AA, Turkey produced 765,960 megawatt-hours of electricity yesterday, while consumption was recorded at 751,816 megawatt-hours. According to the data from Turkey Electricity Transmission Corporation, the highest electricity consumption occurred at 20:00 with 36,890 megawatt-hours, while the lowest consumption was at 08:00 with 26,462 megawatt-hours.
On a daily basis, 765,960 megawatt-hours of electricity was produced yesterday, and consumption was recorded at 751,816 megawatt-hours.
In production, imported coal plants ranked first with a share of 24.5%. This was followed by natural gas with 17.5% and dam-based hydroelectric plants with 14.7%.
Turkey exported 16,273 megawatt-hours of electricity and imported 2,130 megawatt-hours yesterday.
