To be able to buy a Real Estate Certificate, you need to have an investment account at any bank or brokerage firm, primarily Halk Yatırım, Ziraat Yatırım, and Vakıf Yatırım.
You can create a request to open an investment account from bank or brokerage firm branches or through mobile/internet applications.
After the account opening is completed, your account will be made suitable for stock market transactions.
Between August 4-8, you can make requests through your investment accounts available at all banks and brokerage firms.
Follow the steps in the transactions section through mobile or internet branches: Investments > Public Offering > Stock Public Offering > Final Request.
Select the transaction code 'DMLKT', enter the number of certificates you want to buy, specify the payment method, and confirm the transaction.
