10 ARRESTS IN CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION OPERATION
Last week, as part of operations carried out in Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Muğla, and Samsun, 17 people were detained. Among them, 10 people, including Selahattin Yılmaz, who is accused of being the "leader of an organized crime group," lawyer Cem Duman, and lawyer Semra Ilık, were arrested, while 6 people were released under judicial control, and one person was released directly.

Another notable name was detained during the ongoing operations initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. This morning, Sayhan, who was taken to the Istanbul Courthouse located in Çağlayan, was referred to the Peace Criminal Court with a request for arrest after his statement to the prosecutor, on the charge of "Destruction of Documents Related to State Security, Use for Purposes Other Than Intended, and Obtaining by Fraud." The court decided to arrest Sayhan.
