President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. According to a statement from the Communications Directorate, Erdoğan stated during the conversation that "Turkey cannot accept the PKK/YPG terrorist organization, which operates in Syria, to be seen as the representative and interlocutor of the Kurds in the region."
