President Erdoğan announced good news regarding urban transformation at the AK Party group meeting. Erdoğan stated, "We are increasing our grant in the 'Half is Ours' campaign. We are raising our grant from 700,000 lira to 875,000 lira. We are also increasing the relocation support from 100,000 lira to 125,000 lira."
President Erdoğan, who made evaluations regarding the agenda at the AK Party Group Meeting, brought great news after the 6.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Istanbul. Erdoğan, who provided good news regarding urban transformation, stated, "We are increasing our grant in the 'Half is Ours' campaign. We are raising our grant from 700 thousand lira to 875 thousand lira. We are also increasing the relocation support from 100 thousand to 125 thousand lira."

President Erdoğan's complete statement on the matter is as follows; "We do not have time to waste responding to those who mix their narrow politics with the responsibilities we have undertaken for the survival of the state and the nation. We shoulder the duties they do not fulfill and turn them into action when necessary.
We are preparing for a similar urban transformation. As an Istanbulite, we cannot leave the lives and properties of our citizens to the whims of incompetent people. We are absolutely not willing to allow the continuation of the incompetence that has descended upon Istanbul like a nightmare.
WORK ON 50 THOUSAND SOCIAL HOUSING IN ISTANBUL
In Kağıthane Hasbahçe, all our citizens had come there, set up their tents, and while preparing to spend the night with their children, we had a cup of tea with them in our municipality's restaurant. That was a people's garden. Thanks to my brother Murat Kurum and others, they did it quickly.
You cannot find such people's gardens in the municipalities of the CHP. Work is ongoing for 50 thousand social housing in Istanbul. The houses will be delivered by the end of the year. 200 thousand people will be rescued from earthquake risk and will have access to safe housing.
SUPPORT RATES IN THE 'HALF IS OURS' CAMPAIGN HAVE INCREASED
With the 'Half is Ours' Campaign, we provided our citizens with a grant of 700 thousand lira, a 700 thousand lira interest-free loan, and a 100 thousand lira interest-free loan. We are increasing the support amounts in the 'Half is Ours' campaign. We are raising our grant to 875 thousand lira, our loan amount to 875 thousand lira, and the relocation support to 125 thousand lira. We are increasing the grant support for workplaces to 437 thousand 500 lira and the loan support to 437 thousand 500 lira. The relocation assistance reaches 125 thousand lira."
