ISTANBUL GOVERNORATE: 2 PEOPLE INJURED IN THE EXPLOSION
In a statement regarding the explosion from the Istanbul Governorate, it was stated, "An explosion occurred on Thursday, December 4, 2025, around 19:00 in a building located on Hanzer Street in the Güven neighborhood of Güngören District. A large number of fire, AFAD, and UMKE teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire that broke out after the incident was extinguished by the fire brigade teams. According to initial assessments, the explosion, which is believed to be caused by natural gas, resulted in two injuries. The injured individuals were taken to nearby hospitals by health teams for treatment, and their lives are not in danger."
