The incident took place around 7:00 PM in the Yalı neighborhood of Costal Beach in the Çarşamba district of Samsun. An explosion occurred while welding was being done on the fishing boat. Health, gendarmerie, coast guard, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.



4 PEOPLE INJURED



In the explosion, A.S. (26), M.U. (48), M.T. (46), and B.T. (24) were injured. A.S. and M.U. were taken to Gazi State Hospital, while M.T. and B.T. were taken to Samsun Training and Research Hospital for treatment. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
