Fenerbahce Held To 1-1 Draw Against Goztepe In Izmir

Istanbul football side still 12 points behind Turkish Super Lig leaders Trabzonspor.

Istanbul's Fenerbahce were held to a 1-1 draw against Goztepe Monday in a Turkish Spor Toto Super Lig away football match.
Goztepe scored the opening goal with Macedonian forward Adis Jahovic in minute 40, but Fenerbahce leveled the match with a header from Serdar Dursun in the 48th minute at Izmir's Gursel Aksel Stadium.
In the 88th minute, Filip Novak was shown a red card for a foul on Soner Aydogdu.
With 24 points, fourth-place Fenerbahce are now 12 points behind leaders Trabzonspor. Goztepe trail in the number 18 spot with just 11 points.
