In his statements regarding the matter, Tosunoğlu said, "Cem Gölbaşı knows who is behind the account that shared about him. He goes and finds that person. They take 27-year-old Burhan İ and bring him to a friend's house. There, they seize his phone and make him wear a wig, then they publish the footage. After the footage stays online for 10-15 hours, they delete it and shut down the account. There is a threat involved, there is contact. The teams from the Istanbul Organized Crime Department start an investigation. This kid goes to give a statement, and the teams accept the video as a report. This is a mafia-like action. The day before yesterday, the teams from the Istanbul Organized Crime Department detained Cem Gölbaşı and 7 others. They will be referred to the courthouse. The allegations are as follows: deprivation of liberty and robbery. Why did it fall under robbery? Because taking their phones and seizing his car constitutes robbery," he said.
