The artist Ferdi Tayfur passed away on January 2nd in a hospital in Antalya where he was receiving treatment, and his legacy has brought his family members into conflict. The second hearing of the case regarding the opening of the artist's will was held in Marmaris, Muğla. After the trial, Necla Nazır and Ferdi Tayfur's daughter, Tuğçe Tayfur, made a significant post.
The second hearing of the case regarding the opening of Ferdi Tayfur's will was held in the Marmaris district of Muğla. Some of the heirs and their lawyers attended the second hearing of the case, which was seen at the Marmaris 1st Civil Court of Peace. Lawyers from the Turkish Armed Forces, the Darüşşafaka Society, and LÖSEV were also present at the hearing.

The presiding judge asked the heirs and their lawyers if they had any objections regarding the file and what their requests were about the file. The heirs and lawyers stated that their statements from the first hearing continued. While one of the three case files seen consecutively was concluded, the hearing of the other file was postponed to May 28.

After the second hearing, Tuğçe Tayfur made a striking statement on social media. Due to the inheritance, Tayfur, who is estranged from her father's niece Şirin Gözalıcı and her sisters, used the following expressions:
"Edi, who came from the case in Marmaris to the case in Istanbul, and Büdü, who came from the Adana Bar Association to Istanbul, are returning while looking back from the case they entered. Me? I will give birth in June."

The famous singer stated, "I hope to start concerts around July. I will definitely make one of my father's songs as my debut piece. Some of you sing, some of you play. Wherever you are," she said.
WHAT HAPPENED IN THE FIRST HEARING?
In the first hearing of the case for the opening of the will on February 5, it was stated that the master artist left his real estate in the Fatih district of Istanbul and the Marmaris district of Muğla to the Darüşşafaka Society, his 4 real estates in the Mudurnu district of Bolu to the Turkish Armed Forces, and 8 villas in Yalova to LÖSEV.
In Tayfur's will; it was stated that he left his other real estates, as well as the rights to his compositions, music, and copyrighted works, to Nilüfer Turanbayburt, along with Ferdi Taha Tayfur, Ulaş Dınız, Derin Dınız, Zeynep Doğrul, Can Doğrul, Nefes Lila Gözalıcı, Şirin Gözalıcı, Ferdi Tayfur Turanbayburt, Buse Turanbayburt, and Emirhan Turanbayburt.
