In a house fire in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, a physically disabled man named Teoman Cem Yavaş lost his life. The cause of the fire will be clarified after the fire department's report.
A person with a physical disability lost their life in a fire that broke out in a house in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. It was learned that the deceased person's bed was electric, and the cause of the fire will be revealed after the fire department's report. The fire occurred in an apartment on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building located in the Gürpınar neighborhood of Beylikdüzü last night. Citizens who saw smoke coming from the apartment of Teoman Cem Yavaş (59), who lived alone with his spouse at the time, alerted the fire department. Firefighters who entered the apartment to extinguish the fire encountered Yavaş's lifeless body.

After the police team's investigation at the house, Yavaş's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution's morgue. The examination revealed that Yavaş's bed was electric and there were many cigarette butts around, while it was learned that the exact cause of the fire would be determined by the fire department's report. A female resident of the neighborhood said, "When I went outside, the incident was over. I saw the fire trucks and the crowd. They said a disabled person had died."
