Fines were imposed on those who violated the bans, and the materials that were improperly placed in front of the shops were removed. According to the claims of the surrounding shopkeepers, the amount of the fines imposed is quite high. It was claimed that the amount of the occupation fee varies between 100,000 and 180,000 Turkish Lira.
