The Galatasaray Daikin Women's Volleyball Team became champions by defeating Italy's Reale Mutua Fenera team 3-1 in the rematch of the CEV Cup final, which they won 3-2. Galatasaray's former coach Fatih Terim made statements following the championship.

They move me emotionally."
