FORMER MASAK CHAIRMAN RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
An investigation was initiated against Ramazan Başak by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of "publicly disseminating misleading information." Başak, who was detained as part of the investigation, was taken to the Bakırköy Courthouse after his procedures.
After giving his statement at the prosecutor's office, Başak was referred to the peace criminal court with a request for the application of judicial control measures.
The court decided to release Başak under the judicial control conditions of "prohibition of leaving the country" and "signing."
