According to the information obtained, K.A., who was driving a minibus that did not comply with the police's 'stop' warning on 317th Street in Yıldızevler Neighborhood, started to flee. K.A. was cornered by the teams on Niyazi Bahçecioğlu Street and then attempted to escape on foot after getting out of the minibus. K.A. was caught by the teams on Arif Street in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood.
PENALTIES ON TOP OF PENALTIES
During the checks, it was determined that K.A. had a blood alcohol level of 3.27 per mille, and a total of 450,000 TL administrative fine was issued for 'failure to comply with the stop warning', 'driving under the influence for the second time', 'driving a vehicle despite the driver's license being revoked', and relevant articles of the Traffic Law. It was learned that K.A.'s driver's license, which was revoked 3 months ago for 'driving under the influence', has been extended for another 2 years. Additionally, the minibus was banned from traffic for 60 days.
Judicial proceedings were initiated against K.A. for the crime of 'endangering traffic safety'.
