The retired Major General Kamil Erdal Sipahi (76), who was a member of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) in the 23rd term of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and later joined the Good Party, allegedly attempted suicide by ingesting a large number of medications. FOUND MOTIONLESS ON THE FLOORAfter officials pressed the doorbell for a long time without response, they entered the apartment with the help of a locksmith. Sipahi was found lying motionless on the floor. HIS LIFE REMAINS IN DANGERIt has been determined that Sipahi lived alone in the house, and he was taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital in the area. It is believed that Sipahi attempted suicide by ingesting a large number of medications, and his life remains in danger.
