The Dutch coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst, who left Beşiktaş, has joined Arne Slot's coaching staff at Liverpool.
The last champion of the Premier League, Liverpool, has added a familiar name to its coaching staff.
JOINED LIVERPOOL FROM BEŞİKTAŞ
In a statement made by the red-and-white club, it was announced that Dutch coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst, who most recently served as a head coach for the Süper Lig giant Beşiktaş, has been appointed as an assistant coach. The Dutch coach will thus be part of head coach Arne Slot's team in the new season.
PARTED WAYS WITH TAFFAREL
Meanwhile, Liverpool has parted ways with Claudio Taffarel, who served as the goalkeeping coach. Taffarel wore the Galatasaray jersey for many years during his playing career in Turkey and also took on the role of goalkeeping coach at the club during his coaching career.
