Gold needle skin rejuvenation: Which skin types can it be applied to, and who should avoid it?

Doğanay stated that this procedure is effective in evening out skin tone, increasing elasticity, and addressing stretch marks that occur after childbirth. It is generally preferred in the winter months, and noticeable results can be achieved after the second session," she said.

The specialist emphasized that the golden needle is not suitable for every skin type, stating, "Those with psoriasis and patients with active infections or cold sores on their face cannot undergo this procedure." Doğanay highlighted that the procedure must be performed under expert supervision and that patients should undergo a comprehensive evaluation before the procedure. She stressed that the application should only be done on suitable skin types and under expert control.
