A dispute between N.T., a shop owner in Isparta, and his tenant, a woman named F.A. of Iranian nationality, escalated into a fight. N.T. attacked F.A. with his cane, injuring her on the arm. F.A., who filed a complaint, recorded the moment of the attack with her mobile phone camera.

The incident occurred around 11:30 in a business located in Pirimehmet Neighborhood. According to the allegations, the business owner N.T. came to his tenant's shop with a plastered leg and said that he would erase all of his debts if the shop was vacated. However, the tenant F.A. stated that he had been paying his rent on time and had no debts.

Angered by this situation, the business owner attacked his tenant with the crutch he had in hand. Nearby citizens struggled to stop the enraged man.
