The family of 23-year-old E.R.A., who had been missing for 20 days, reported to the police. The Missing Persons Bureau of the Public Security Branch Directorate, which initiated an investigation into the matter, determined that E.A., who worked as a cleaner in houses, had last been called to a location through an internet application. The police, who expanded their work in the area, started monitoring a person named F.D. whom they suspected. It was determined that the suspect F.D. killed the young girl by strangling her and then dismembered her head, arms, torso, and legs, and threw them into the construction site in a black bag.
