On September 14 in the Osmangazi district, a person went to a restaurant on Ulubatlı Hasan Boulevard with his wife and child, placed an order, and had a meal. After the meal, this person, who wanted his wife and child to go outside, went to the cashier and said, "I forgot my card in the car. I will go get it," and then went outside. The suspect got into his vehicle and fled.

The chef Muhittin Nom, who found the actions of the couple who came to the restaurant wrong, said, "A couple came to our restaurant. They had a meal, and afterward, the gentleman came to the cashier. He had previously sent his wife and child outside. Then he said he forgot his card in his vehicle and that he would go get it, but he did not come back. Later, he also stole cigarettes from a market. We do not want people to go hungry. If he had told us he didn't have money, we would have said, 'It's on us,'" he stated.
The police have initiated an operation to capture the suspect.
