After the match in which Fenerbahçe defeated Gaziantep FK 4-1 in the 27th week of the Trendyol Super League, Rıdvan Dilmen, who spoke about the performance of the yellow-navy team, pointed out the reasons for the point difference with Galatasaray.
"SCORE DOES NOT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY"
Dilmen stated that despite the victory, the game was not satisfying, saying, "Does today's score make the fans extremely happy? I don't think so. It makes Tedesco very happy, it makes the management very happy," he expressed.
CRITICISM OF TEDESCO: HE HAS DECEPTIVE STATEMENTS
Criticizing Fenerbahçe's head coach Domenico Tedesco, Dilmen argued that the coach's statements do not reflect the truth. "He generally lives in the present, goes through the scores. He has deceptive statements," said Dilmen, expressing that some matches were not included in the evaluations.
EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR THE POINT DIFFERENCE
Referring to the point difference with Galatasaray, Dilmen said, "The arrival of Thursday was clear from Wednesday," indicating that the process had given signals in advance. The experienced figure, noting that Fenerbahçe focused too much on comebacks, stated, "We always said 'We came back from 2-1 to 3-2.' But we never said 'We finish the match from 2-0.'" Dilmen also emphasized that the points lost in critical moments caused the gap to widen.
