Images shared on the social media account of the Mecca Region Emirate highlighted the density of visitors performing Tawaf around the Kaaba under heavy rain, raising their hands to the sky.

The post, which included the phrase "Rain and prayers from the Grand Mosque," emphasized the spiritual atmosphere of the month of Ramadan and the blessings of the rainfall. Another video shared on social media showcased the intensity of the rain. Muslims continued to worship despite the heavy downpour.
