The incident occurred around 21:00 in Arapzade neighborhood of Orhangazi district. According to the allegations, Hüseyin Karaman, who has a house on the same street, was driving towards his house with his tractor with license plate 16 VP 713 when he suddenly felt sick and lost his balance, falling off the vehicle. The tractor continued to move forward, running over Karaman and hitting a parked minibus with license plate 16 RCM 59 and a car with license plate 41 AFY 786. Upon the notification of the residents, the police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

Karaman, who was severely injured, was taken to Orhangazi State Hospital after the initial intervention of the medical team. Despite the doctors' efforts, Hüseyin Karaman lost his life. While Karaman's relatives shed tears at the hospital, an investigation was initiated regarding the incident.
