In Menteşe district of Muğla, a 65-year-old man named M.A.Ç. was arrested on charges of sexually abusing two girls aged 6 and 9.

The incident took place on September 16 in Göktepe neighborhood, which is connected to Menteşe. M.A.Ç., a 65-year-old man, was detained by gendarmerie teams upon the families' report, accusing him of sexually abusing two girls aged 6 and 9, who are primary school students.

SENT TO PRISON

After his initial statement at the gendarmerie, the suspect was referred to the court with a request for his arrest. M.A.Ç. was arrested and sent to Muğla E Type Closed Prison. It was learned that the statements of the child victims of sexual harassment were taken with the assistance of a psychologist.
