An argument broke out between T.P., a resident of Malatya, and his religiously married wife G.U. In a short period of time, the argument escalated and T.P. injured his wife with a gun. T.P. attempted suicide with the same weapon and while he was injured, gendarmerie teams initiated an investigation into the incident.
In the incident that took place in the Doğanşehir district of Malatya, T.P., a man, started arguing with his religiously married wife G.U. The man, who shot his wife as the argument escalated, attempted suicide by shooting himself with the same gun.
GUNSHOTS SCARED THE NEIGHBORS
According to allegations, T.P. and his religiously married wife G.U. had an argument for reasons yet to be determined. As the argument heated up, T.P. shot his wife with a gun. The woman collapsed to the ground as the bullet hit her, and T.P. attempted suicide with the same weapon. The sound of gunshots caused concern in the neighborhood, and upon receiving a report to the 112 Emergency Call Center, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the address. The health personnel who arrived with the report determined that the religiously married couple were injured. After the initial intervention, the injured were transported to Malatya Education and Research Hospital by ambulance. The gendarmerie initiated an investigation into the incident.
