In the Darende district of Malatya, an 83-year-old woman was stabbed to death by a relative who came to visit from Istanbul.

The chilling incident occurred in the Irmaklı neighborhood of the Darende district in the morning hours.

ELDERLY WOMAN DIED IN A HORRIFIC WAY

According to allegations, B.K., who came to visit his relative Emine G. (83) for family matters from Istanbul, stabbed the elderly woman for an unknown reason. After the situation was noticed, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene, and upon inspection, it was determined that Emine G. had lost her life.

INVESTIGATION INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT IS CONTINUING

While B.K. was taken into custody, the elderly woman's body was taken by her relatives from the Forensic Medicine Institution to be buried in the Darende district. The investigation initiated regarding the incident is ongoing.
