Recep Aydoğdu, who was walking on the sidewalk on Hükümet Street in the Hani district of Diyarbakır, suddenly collapsed. Health teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of those nearby.

After the initial intervention, Aydoğdu was taken to the hospital, but despite all the efforts of the doctors, he lost his life. It was determined that Aydoğdu died as a result of a heart attack.
