In Aksaray, a car that started to catch fire from the engine compartment suddenly became engulfed in flames, while the driver and his friend intervened by pouring antifreeze and antifreeze windshield washer fluid on the flames. As the antifreeze was poured, the hood of the car flared up even more, and the fire was extinguished by the fire department.
A car that started burning from the engine compartment in Aksaray succumbed to the flames despite the driver's intervention. Firefighters arrived at the scene and brought the fire under control.

The incident occurred around 7:30 PM on 1611 Street in Paşacık Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, smoke began to rise from the engine hood of the Volkswagen car with license plate 68 AF 590, driven by Ömer Ç., who was heading towards Atatürk Boulevard. As the driver noticed the smoke and immediately got out of the vehicle, the smoke on the hood was replaced by flames.
In a short time, the vehicle began to burn fiercely, while the driver tried to extinguish the flames by pouring antifreeze and antifreeze windshield washer fluid he had in hand. However, after pouring the flammable antifreeze and antifreeze windshield washer fluid, the flames in the vehicle increased, and the driver and his friend reacted to journalists intervening and filming.
THE VEHICLE TURNED TO ASHES
The driver and his friend were removed from the scene by the police teams that arrived and were attempted to be calmed down. Upon notification, fire and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The firefighters intervened and extinguished the vehicle, which had turned into a ball of flames. With half an hour of work, the fire in the vehicle was completely extinguished, rendering the vehicle unusable. The fire department and police launched an investigation into the cause of the fire.
