"I AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN GOING THROUGH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES LIKE ME." Expressing her happiness for providing opportunities for women going through financial difficulties like herself, Görücü said, "Life conditions and the desire to work brought me to a point where I had to go to work. When financial difficulties and struggles for survival began to arise at home, I started going to clean houses to help my husband. At first, I went alone. Later, many people and my current clients liked my cleaning and management style while I was cleaning. While working with a few people, I realized that I needed to grow my business and reach out to many women. That's how we started working together. Then I told my friends, whom I went to clean with, 'let's establish a company together.' The women I go to clean with are not just my employees; they are all my colleagues and partners. I love them all. Our journey of female employment began by looking out for and supporting each other. Touching the lives of many women, adding beauty to their lives, meeting their needs, and doing something for them made me happy. As I made them happy, they started to make me happy too. This is how I established a company. In my company, I generally work on women and female employment. My priority is to touch their lives, improve their financial situations, and do my best to provide them with better opportunities," she said.
"MY DESIRE TO STUDY AND WORK HAS NEVER FADED AWAY" Stating that she faced many difficulties during the early days of her daily cleaning job, Görücü said, "At first, I was going to clean alone. That's how I started the job. Later, we increased our number to two or three based on the need. By forming a partnership, we established a company and continued to work. I have been working for years. I got married at a young age and became a mother at a young age. While raising my children, my desire to study and work has never faded away. My husband has been very supportive. I thank him very much for supporting me. I was thrown into university life and working life from the outside," she said.
"MY GOAL IS TO EMPLOY MORE WOMEN" Expressing her desire to provide employment for more women, Görücü said, "It was very difficult to raise children while working after getting married. It is still difficult, but I have always had the dream of establishing my own business because I see myself as someone who can work and manage as a boss and solve business problems. I always believed that I could establish my own business. Determination, hard work, truly wanting something, and success comes naturally afterward. My current goal is to employ more women, touch more women's lives, and work together to create more beautiful projects and work better," she stated.
Shukran Çağlayan, a close relative who serves tea to customers and washes dishes, also expressed her satisfaction in working with her sister's husband. Tuba Çam, a mother of 3 children among the women employed by Aysun Görücü, said, "May God bless Aysun sister."
