In the incident that occurred in Kışla Neighborhood, 36-year-old transporter R.K. was shot in five places on his left and right legs and was injured. The injured person was taken to Samsun Training and Research Hospital for treatment. R.K. stated that he had no enmity with anyone and did not know the assailant.

Teams from the Homicide Bureau of the Samsun Police Department apprehended and detained 22-year-old M.K., who carried out the armed attack. In their investigation, the police discovered that a transporter named M.S. had a fight with unknown individuals a day before the incident, and those individuals sent M.K. to carry out the armed attack on M.S. It was determined that M.S. left his vehicle with another transporter, R.K., for work the day after the fight, and M.K., who went to the scene, injured R.K., whom he mistook for M.S.
ARRESTED
M.K., who was caught and detained by the Homicide Bureau teams, was transferred to Samsun Courthouse today. The suspect claimed that five people attacked him at the scene and that he fired in self-defense. M.K., who was brought before the duty court, was arrested and sent to Samsun Type T Closed Prison.
