Within the scope of the investigation, the suspects include: former Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality H.A.B., former Deputy Director of the Culture Events Branch of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality/former Deputy Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department H.E., former Deputy Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department H.Z., former Deputy Director of the Culture Events Branch A.A.Ç, Deputy Director of the Culture Events Branch C.A., Deputy Director of the Culture Events Branch K.B., owner of Evren Teknik Group Music Organization O.E., owner of Universe Production Organization S.E., partners of Festiva and Enfest Organization Tourism K.A. and S.Ç., partner of Gurudan Tourism Consultancy Organization A.A., partners of Yalınayak Food Organization Tourism E.D. and L.E. were issued detention orders for the crimes of 'Abuse of Duty' and 'Interference with the Tender'. All suspects were detained in a simultaneous operation.
