We were taking my family's son to school registration when Mustafa Kemal Zengin called me and said that a doctor he knew had been arrested. I said if it was in Büyükçekmece, I have a friend there, I would ask him. I called Yavuz Engin and asked if he had this file. He told me to 'wait,' then called me back and said, 'this file is with me, do not get involved, it is problematic.' I replied, 'no, it wouldn't be ethical anyway, don't worry.' I have been detained for 13 months, and I am now requesting my release," she stated.
