In Van, due to snow and blizzards, transportation to 11 settlements in Başkale and Bahçesaray districts is not possible. Snow removal teams are continuing their efforts to open the closed roads. The teams of the 11th Regional Directorate of Highways also carried out snow removal work at the Karabet Pass, where the precipitation was effective. In Başkale, which has been covered in white due to the snow, citizens cleared the snow that accumulated in front of their workplaces and on their vehicles.

Snow removal teams have started work to open these roads.
The snow that was also effective in Yüksekova district negatively affected life. District residents cleared the snow that accumulated in front of their homes and businesses, as well as on their vehicles. In the district covered in white due to the snow, drivers had difficulty progressing on hilly routes. Snow removal teams affiliated with the 117th Branch Directorate of Highways carried out snow clearing work on İpek Yolu Avenue.
