REPORT OF A NAKED BODY WITH HANDS AND FEET TIED

Municipal workers who went to the landfill in Ustalar Mahallesi, Bozyazı district in the morning found the naked body of a man with his hands and feet tied inside a plastic barrel. Upon the notification, gendarmerie and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The body, which was seen to have started decomposing during the initial examination, was taken to the Mersin Forensic Medicine Institute morgue.

During the autopsy, it was determined that the body belonged to retired faculty member Prof. Dr. Selahattin Doludeniz from Selçuk University. A comprehensive investigation has been launched into the incident.
